لجنة المخاطر ( بعد قرار المجلس) : عقدت اللجنة اجتماعاً واحداً خلال العام 2015م، وذلك بعد قرار مجلس الإدارة لتكوين لجنة المخاطر فقط، وتتكون الدورة الحالية للجنة من (4) أعضاء، عضوين من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، وعضوين مستقلين من خارج البنك. وهم:
