اتفق الطرفان على ان يتقاضي الطرف الثانى نسبة مئوية مقدارها 0,05% من إجمالى الدخل العام من كافة العقود المبرمة بشأن تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية شهرياً على أن لا تقل تلك النسبة عن مبلغ 40000 درهم (فقط اربعون الف درهم) شهرياً ، أيهما أكثر.
