توفير سجل خاص لزيارة موظف الهيئة العامة للغذاء و الدواء يدون فيه ملاحظات الزيارة و يكون مُرقم ترقيم تسلسلي بحيث يحتوي على تاريخ الزيارة و اسماء اعضاء اللجنة
