ب‌- يمنع مزاولة التمرين بدون اللباس الرياضي الكامل ودون ارتداء حذاء رياضي مناسب, كما .يمنع استخدام الزعانف أو لبس التيشيرت أو الشورت القطني عند استخدام المناطق المائية (المسبح، الجاكوزي، الساونا، البخار), كما يمنع النزول إلى المسبح أو الجاكوزي قبل الاستحمام.
