أ‌. إعداد وتقديم ومتابعة جميع الطلب

أ‌. إعداد وتقديم ومتابعة جميع الطلبات والإجراءات المطلوبة لغرض:

(1) القيام بتجديد التسجيل التجاري للشركة ورخصها التجارية وشهادة العضوية لدى غرف التجارة والصناعة وغيرها من التصاريح والتراخيص المطلوبة لغرض ممارسة الشركة لنشاطاتها.
(2) الحصول على وتجديد وإلغاء كافة تصاريح الدخول للعمل وتأشيرات الزيارة والمرور وتصاريح العمل والإقامة المطلوبة للموظفين الوافدين للعمل في الشركة أو الذين يعتبر تواجدهم في الإمارات العربية المتحدة من وقت لآخر مطلوب أو ضروري لغرض عمل الشركة، والتوقيع على طلبات فتح بطاقات المنشأة للجوازات ووزارة العمل بما في ذلك التوقيع واستلام وتسليم جميع النماذج والطلبات والمستندات الخاصة بعقود العمل واستخراج التأشيرات والتوقيع على النماذج والإقرارات والتعهدات والتوكيلات المطلوبة لدى وزارة العمل.
(3) الحصول على وتجديد وإلغاء جميع التصاريح والتراخيص والتفويضات المطلوبة من دوائر الشرطة والمرور فيما يتعلق بملكية وتشغيل السيارات والوحدات الصناعية والمعدات وغيرها ؛
(4) استيراد كافة الأدوات و الأجهزة المعدات والماكنات والمواد الخام إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة التي تتطلبها الشركة لغرض عمل الشركة وتعاملاتها.

ب‌. استلام كافة الأموال أو الممتلكات التي تكون مستحقة للشركة لأي سبب كان ومنح الخصومات وإعطاء الايصالات نيابة عن الشركة؛

ت‌. استئجار العقارات والمنشآت السكنية والتجارية وغيرها من العقارات والمنشآت والمرافق المطلوبة لأعمال الشركة وذلك وفقا لأي بنود وشروط يعتبرها الوكيل مناسبة؛
