هدفت إلى التعرف على معوقات التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن على ضوء أبعاد التمكين ,وسعت كذلك إلى التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة حفر الباطن على ضوء أبعاد التمكين تعزى إلى (الخبرة , المؤهل العلمي, الدورات التدريبية).

Results (English) 1:

To identify constraints to enable administrative principals of general education schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the light of the dimensions of empowerment, also sought to identify the differences with statistical significance between the responses of the study sample members about administrative empowerment of managers of public schools in the city of Hafr Al-Batin in the light of the dimensions of empowerment are attributable to (experience, qualification, training courses).

Aimed to identify the obstacles to administrative empowerment among directors general education schools in the drilling subcontractor city in the light of empowerment dimensions, and also sought to identify statistically significant between the study sample on the reality of the administrative empowerment members responses to the directors general education schools differences in drilling sub-city on the light empowerment dimensions attributed to (experience, qualification, training courses).
