يجوز للمدير أن يُسنِد أي من أعماله

يجوز للمدير أن يُسنِد أي من أعماله المنصوص عليها في هذه الاتفاقية إلى مدير فرعي من الباطن وله أن يقدم المعلومات المتعلقة بالعميل وحساب الاستثمار إلى أي من هذه الأطراف، علم بأن ذلك لا يؤثر على مسؤولية المدير المتعلقة بجميع المسائل المسندة إليه.

Results (English) 1:

The Director may delegate any of its functions under this Convention to the Director subdomain and submit information on the client and the investment account to any of these parties, aware that this does not affect the liability of the Director on all matters entrusted to him.

Results (English) 2:

The Director may assign any of his works set forth in this Convention to the sub-director of subcontractors it has to submit information concerning the customer's account and investment to any of these parties, aware that it does not affect the responsibility of the Director on all matters assigned to him.
