وتكمن اهمية هذه الدراسة الى الخروج باليات تعمل على تطوير عملية التقييم والمتابعة واعداد التقارير بما يفضي الى تسهيل عملية التقييم النهائية للمشروع في البرنامجين. بحيث يتم مراجعة وتحليل المنهجيات/ الممارسات القائمة والمطبقة في عملية تتبع وتقييم المؤشرات ضمن المشروعين ومدى ملاءمتهما ونجاعتهما في تحقيق النتائج المرجوة والمخططة بحيث يتم القيام بالتدخلات المناسبة وبناء قاعدة بيانات اساسية محوسبة يسهل رصدها واستخدامها لغايات التحليل واعداد التقارير وتبيان التقدم المحرز بالاضافة الى تكييف آليات التدخل وتطويرها اذا اقتضى الامر.

Results (English) 1:

The significance of this study to come up with mechanisms to develop the process of assessment, monitoring and reporting, leading to facilitate final project assessment process in Bootcamp. So that review and analysis of existing practices and methodologies/applied in the process of tracking and evaluating indicators within projects and the extent to which the relevance and ngaathma in achieving the desired results and planned so that appropriate interventions and building basic computerized database facilitates monitoring and use for the purposes of analysis and reporting and demonstrate progress in addition to adapt and develop intervention mechanisms if necessary.

Results (English) 2:

The importance of this study is to get out the mechanisms working to develop evaluation and follow-up and reporting process leading to facilitate the final evaluation of the project process in the two programs. So that the review and analysis methodologies / practices based and applied for tracking and valuation indicators process within the two projects and their appropriateness and effective they may be in achieving the desired and planned results so that it is doing the appropriate interventions and building basic data computerized base easily be monitored and used for the purposes of analysis and reporting and reflect the progress made in addition to conditioning intervention and develop mechanisms if necessary.
