خلافاً لأحكام البند ( 1) من المادة 35 من هذا القانون، على كل شخص تتوفر فيه بتاريخ صدور هذا القانون شروط الخضوع للضريبة وكان رقم اعماله العائد للأشهر الإثني عشر السابقة يفوق خمسماية مليون ليرة لبنانية، ان يبادر الى تقديم طلب تسجيل اعتباراً من تاريخ صدور هذا ، تحت طائلة فرض غرامة قدرها مليونا ليرة لبنانية. القانون ولغاية
