3. مراجعة خطة تدريب متطوعو دائرة التاهيل/ التربية الخاصة المجتمعي بحيث يتم التركيز على بعد آليات الضغط والمناصرة وقيادة حملات محلية لحقوق الاشخاص ذو الاعاقة ودمجهم المجتمعي بالتعاون مع الاشخاص ذو الاعاقة واهاليهم.اضافة الى تطوير التدريب وآليات وادوات التثقيف المبتكرة في مجال الاعاقة لطلبة المدارس لتعزيز نتائج ايجابية لمردود برنامج التاهيل على الطلبة.
