1) لا يجوز للاستشاري التعاقد من الباطن في أي جزء من الأعمال المتعلقة بالعقد الا بعد الحصول على الموافقة الخطية المسبقة من الهيئة ويكون الاستشاري مسئولاً أمام الهيئة عن كل تصرف أو تقصير أو إهمال يقع من مقاول الباطن أو وكلائه أو عماله أو موظفيه ، ويعتبر كل تقصير أو إهمال أو تصرف يقع من هؤلاء كما لو كان واقعا من المتعهد أو عماله أو موظفيه.

1) Advisory may not subcontract any part of the work on the contract only after obtaining the prior written consent of the Advisory Board and be responsible to the Commission for each act or omission or negligence of the contractor, subcontractors, agents or employees, or any omission or negligence or conduct of those as if the reality of the contractor or his employees or employment.

1) No Consultant may subcontract in any part of the work on the contract only after obtaining the prior written consent of the Authority and be a consultant responsible to the Board for each act or omission or negligence is the sub-contractor or its agents or employees or its employees, and is all shortened or negligence or disposal of these is as if the reality of the contractor or his workers or employees.

1 Consultant shall not subcontract any part of the works relating to the contract, except with the prior written approval of the consultant is responsible for the every act or omission or negligence of the subcontractor, his agents or employees, or employees, the neglect or default behavior is such as if the reality of the contractor and his employees, or employees.
