تقوم الهيئة الشرعية بالبنك من حين لآخر بالتأكد من تطبيق القرارات الشرعية، وفي حالة إثبات إيرادات عن طريق الخطأ أو بغير قصد، فإن مجلس الإدارة سيقوم وبناءً على طلب من الرئيس التنفيذي للبنك بالموافقة على استبعاد هذه الإيرادات من إيرادات المجموعة والتخلص منها نهائيا.
