اخيراً فقد عمل قطاع مصرفية الشركات على تطوير العنصر البشري من خلال العديد من الدورات التدريبية للموظفين الحاليين وكذلك من خلال برامج الجامعيين حديثي التخرج والتي تهدف لصناعة مدراء المستقبل وكما خطط البنك منذ عدة سنوات فإن الكوادر الوطنية الشابة التي تم الاستثمار فيها بالماضي قد بدأت الآن تتبوأ مناصب في مستويات الإدارة الإشرافية بالترقي لمواقع في الإدارة الوسطى ومن ثم ليكونوا من قيادات البنك مستقبلا بإذن الله تعالى.
