المادة (52) يكون للعاملة التي ترضع

المادة (52)
يكون للعاملة التي ترضع طفلها خلال السنتين التاليتين لتاريخ الوضع - فضلا عن مدة الراحة المقررة- الحق في فترتين أخرتين لهذا الغرض لا تقل كل منهما عن نصف ساعة، وللعاملة الحق في ضم هاتين الفترتين.
وتحسب هاتان الفترتان الإضافيتان من ساعات العمل ولا يترتب على ذلك أي تخفيض في الأجر.
