تم عرض موافقة هيئة السوق المالية على التعديلات المقترحة على شروط وأحكام الصناديق الاستثمارية وهي زيادة مدة المجال الاستثماري لخمس سنوات لصندوق الإصدارات الأولية وتغير عضو باللجنة الشرعية وقد طلب السيد/ خالد فدا من السيد/ مشعل العنزي التواصل مع الهيئة والاستفسار عن تاريخ تطبيق التغير الجوهري في المجال الاستثماري بالصندوق نظراً لخروج عدد من الشركات التي سوف تنتهي مدة ثلاث سنوات عدل ادراجها لحين معرفة رد الهيئة وتطبيق المجال الاستثماري الجديد والذي يتضمن الاستثمار في السنوات المُدرجة حديثاً خلال خمس سنوات من ادراجها
