أفاد أعضاء اللجنة الأستاذ العبيد برغبتهم بأن يتم تزويدهم مع كل اجتماع بتقرير يوضح كافة التطورات خلال الفترة وحالة كل بند بالإضافة إلى توضيح لكل نقطة ما إذا كانت متوافقة مع الخطة السنوية ام لا، على أن يشمل هذا التقرير إيضاح لكافة عمليات المراجعة بالإضافة إلى حالة التوظيف في الإدارة.

5.5 استفسر الأستاذ العبيد عن كيفية رغبة اللجنة باستلام التقارير الدورية وهل يجب عليه انتظار ردود الإدارات أم عليه أن يرسلها للجنة من دون اكتمال الردود. أفاد أعضاء اللجنة برغبتهم باستلام التقارير فور استكمالها من جزئية التدقيق حتى لو لم تستكمل ردود الإدارة، مع الاخذ بالاعتبار بأنه يجب أخذ تقرير التدقيق بجدية أكبر وعدم فتح باب التعديل للإدارات التي بدورها تقوم بالمماطلة والتتويه. كما أفاد الأستاذ البابطين بأنه في حال تأخر الإدارات في الرد بإمكان الأستاذ العبيد إبلاغ اللجنة لتقوم بدورها بإصدار مذكرة للإدارات لتقوم بحثها على استكمال الردود، بالإضافة إلى ذلك أفاد أعضاء اللجنة بأنه في حال وجود أي إشكالات يجب أن يتم تبليغ اللجنة بذلك.
