إن المكتب يؤكد التزامه بأحكام نظام المحاسبين القانونيين ولوائحه ولعل النموذج رقم 8 المرفق الذي نرسله للهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين دورياً يؤكد ذلك كما أن المكتب يقوم بإعلام الموظفين بمتطلبات نظام المحاسبين القانونيين كما أن النظام نفسه ولوائحه تم تحميلها على أجهزة الحاسب الآلي المتوفر لكل فرد من أفراد المكتب
