يتعهد العميل قبل تنفيذ تعليماته أن يكون حساب الأوراق المالية أو رصيد الحساب النقدي للعميل كافيل لتنفيذ تعليماته ويتحمل العميل وحده مسئولية عدم التنفيذ .
