يتم عمل نوعين من المصادقات؛ النوع الاول: يتم كل ثلاثة أشهر، أو عند سداد دفعات للمورد؛ أما النوع الثاني فيتم في نهاية العام لغرض إصدار القوائم المالية، وذلك على النحو التالي:
