1. دون الإخلال بأحكام حل المنازعات المقررة في عقد الإيجار، في حالة حدوث خلاف بين الطرفين ناشئ عن هذه الاتفاقية ومتعلق بإجراءات التسوية المالية أو بإجراءات التسليم فيتمُّ حلُّ الخلاف عن طريق مُحكَّم (محاسب مالي أو خبير هندسي حسب طبيعة النزاع) يتم تعيينه باتفاق خطي بين الطرفين، على أن يلتزم المُحكَّم بإصدار قرار نهائي في الخلاف خلال موعد أقصاه (15) خمسة عشر يوماً من تاريخ عرض النزاع عليه، ويكون قرار المُحكَّم نهائياً وملزماً للطرفين.
