يجب وضع آلية واضحة و فعالة تتضمن إجراءات مكتوبة لإستدعاء المستحضرات الصيدلانية التي ثبت او اشتبه في عيبنها او تزييفها. و يجب ان يكون هناك موظف محدد لمهمة الاستدعاء. كما ينبغي تحديث الاجراءات و مراجعتها بشكل دوري
