دون التحفظ في تقريرنا نلفت الانتباه الى الإيضاح رقم (28) فيما يخص حادث ناقلة الغاز وفقاً للمعطيات القائمة كما في 31 ديسمبر 2015، ترى إدارة الشركة أنها لن تتحمل أي مسؤولية نتيجة للحادث، و في هذا الصدد قامت إدارة الشركة بالتعاقد مع مكتب محاماة مختص لتقديم الإستشارات القانونية لتقييم الوضع بخصوص الحادث من الناحية القانونية،
