8. عند تحصيل الطرف الأول للإيجارات

8. عند تحصيل الطرف الأول للإيجارات المستحقة بعد تاريخ انتهاء عقد الايجار وفق ما هو مبين في البند (6) والبند (7) من هذه المادة فيقوم الطرفين بإجراء تسوية مالية خاصة بها من خلال محضر خطي يوقعه ممثلو الطرفين، على أن تتم هذه التسوية خلال (15) خمسة عشر يوما على الأكثر من تاريخ تحصيل الطرف الأول للأجرة.
