كل مبلغ مدون في فاتورة أو في مستند مماثل على انه ضريبة متوجبة يصبح متوجباً تسديده ضمن المهل القانونية وتفرض عليه في حال عدم التسديد غرامة التأخير في الدفع المحددة بموجب أحكام هذا القانون ويبدأ سريان هذه الغرامة اعتباراً من تاريخ استحقاق الضريبة.
