بعد الإطلاع علي القانون رقم 153 لسنة 2004 بتنظيم المنشأت الطبية والقرارات المنفذه له بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون 51 لسنة 1981 وعلي معاينة اللجنة المختصة بتاريخ 18/6/2006 ومطابقة الاشتراطات .
