ربط الصفوف" هو مشروع مشترك بين المجلس الثقافي البريطاني وادارة التنمية الدولية يتناول تنمية المدارس وقد صمًم نتيجة لدراسة مستقلة حول افضل السبل لتعريف الشباب على افضل المواضيع والمحاور، واستخلاص افضل ما في مشروع "الشراكات المدرسية العالمية" وبرنامج ربط الصفوف لاعطاء مزيد من الفرص للمدارس والتربويين والشباب وواضعي السياسات
