تم بناء مرافق الشركة في مدينتى الرياض والجبيل على أراضي مستأجرة من هيئة المدن الصناعية والهيئة الملكية للجبيل وينبع مقابل إيجار سنوى بموجبتت عقود إيجار قابلة للتجديد لنفس الفترة والتى تنتهى في عام 2015 وعام 2023 على التوالي وخلال العام تم تجديد عقد أرض مصنع الرياض حتى عام 2034
