هذا مع الاشارة الى ان السلطة التشريعية اللبنانية قد اقرت القانون رقم 272 ) قانون الحد من التدخين ( كما اقرت جميع المراسيم التنظيمية والتنفيذية له والتي اخذت بعين الاعتبار جميع المواصفات العالمية المتعلقة بالتحذيرات الصحية حيث ينص القانون اللبناني على التزام جميع الشركات العالمية بالإضافة الى ادارة الحصر باحترام التحذير الصحي ووضعه على عبوة التبغ بمعدل 23 % من مساحتها
