تم استدعاء الأستاذ/ عبدالعزيز العبي

تم استدعاء الأستاذ/ عبدالعزيز العبيد رئيس إدارة التدقيق الداخلي في الشركة لمعرفة رأيه وإبداء ملاحظاته حول التقرير. بعد أن استفسر الأعضاء عن سبب هذه الملاحظات، أفاد الأستاذ العبيد بأنه كان الأمور كانت تسير على أكمل وجه منذ العام 2013م حتى نوفمبر 2015م حيث استقال رئيس اللجنة الأستاذ/ خالد اسماعيل وبدأنا بالاجتماع مع الأعضاء فقط. استفسر الأستاذ البابطين عن رأيه بعدد الاجتماعات التي تم انعقادها خلال العام الماضي. أجاب الأستاذ العبيد بأن هذا الأمر هو أحد الأمور التي أدت إلى حدوث خلاف بيني وبين أعضاء اللجنة، حيث أنه في أحد الاجتماعات تم إبلاغي بالخروج حيث أنه لا يوجد بنود متعلقة بإدارتي ومن سياق الحديث أخبرت اللجنة بأن عدد الاجتماعات جداً كبير مما أدى إلى صدام بيني وبين أحد الأعضاء ومنذ ذاك الاجتماع أصبحت الشخص الغير مرغوب به وكل الأعمال المقدمة من قبلي لم تعد جيدة بالنسبة لهم. وبعد ذلك عاد الأستاذ/ خالد إسماعيل لرئاسة اللجنة وأبدى بعض التهديدات التي أدت إلى حدوث خلاف بيننا. ومن الجدير بالذكر بأن أحد الأعضاء الأستاذ/ محمد العطاس قد أرسل بريد الكتروني بين فيه اعتراضه عن عدد الاجتماعات الكبير وأن بعض بنود الأجندة غير مهمة لعقد اجتماعات خاصة بها. وحيث أن الأستاذ العطاس قد تغيب عن عدد من الاجتماعات قرر رئيس اللجنة تنحيته عن المنصب لتغيبه لثلاثة اجتماعات متتالية وتم الرفع بذلك لمجلس الإدارة. وتعقيباً على ذلك، أفاد الأستاذ العبيد أن هذا ما حصل بشكل عام وأن اللجنة أخذت الكثير من وقت وجهد الإدارة في عمل تعديلات كثيرة على التقارير التي تم تسليمها مثل تقرير إدارة مطالبات السيارات الذي تم عقد حوالي عشرة اجتماعات لعمل التعديلات المطلوبة مما أدى إلى تأخر الإدارة في رفع التقارير المتبقية.
