توزع أرباح البنك السنوية الصافية التي يحددها بعد خصم كل المصروفات العامة و التكاليف الأخرى و تكوين الاحتياطيات اللازمة لمواجهة الديون المشكوك فيها و خسائر الاستثمارات و الالتزامات الطارئة التي يرى مجلس الإدارة ضرورتها بما يتفق و أحكام نظام مراقبة البنوك و توجيهات مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي على التالي:

Annual net profits determined by the Bank after deduction of all expenses and other costs and configure precautions to face doubtful and investment losses and contingent liabilities which the Board deems necessary and consistent provisions of the banking control law and SAMA directives on the following:

The distribution of the annual net profits of the bank determined after deducting all general expenses and other costs and formation necessary to face doubtful and loss of investments and contingent liabilities that the Board deems necessary conformity and the provisions of the Banking Control Law and the directives of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency on the following debt reserves:

Distribution of annual net profits of the bank, after deducting all expenses and other costs and set up reserves to cope with bad loans and investment losses and liabilities according to the emergency management must be in line with the provisions of the bank supervision and guidance to the SAMA.
