وفي حال حدوث أو الاعتقاد بحدوث أي تضارب مصالح خلال فترة عمل الصندوق فسوف يسعى مدير الصندوق إلى تجنب أي نوع من التضارب في المصالح بين مصلحته من ناحية وبين مصلحة المشتركين في الصندوق من ناحية أخرى، وعليه سيعمل على عدم تفضيل مصلحة مجموعة من المشتركين على مصلحة مشتركين آخرين ضمن نفس الصندوق. وسيقوم مدير الصندوق بالإفصاح عن أي تضارب في المصالح قد ينشأ لمجلس إدارة الصندوق لحل هذا التضارب على أسس عادلة ومنصفة لجميع الأطراف وبما يحقق مصلحة مالكي الوحدات.

In the event of or belief of any conflict of interest during the work of the Fund, the Fund Manager will seek to avoid any kind of conflict of interest between his interest and the interest of participants in the Fund on the other hand, it would not prefer an interest group of participants to benefit other participants within the same Fund. The Fund Manager will disclose any conflicts of interest may arise because the Fund's Board of Directors to resolve this conflict on the basis of fair and equitable to all parties and the interest of unit holders.

In that event or belief occurrence of any conflict of interest during the period of work of the Fund will fund manager seeks to avoid any kind of conflict of interest between his interests on the one hand and between the interests of the participants in the Fund on the other hand, it would lack the benefit of a group of participants favoring the interests of subscribers others within the same fund. It will fund manager to disclose any conflicts of interest that may arise to the Board of Directors to resolve this inconsistency on the foundations of a fair and equitable to all parties and to the benefit of Unitholders.
