خلال العام المنصرم قام البنك بتحديث وتطوير استراتيجيته للخمس سنوات القادمة 2015 – 2020م التي سبق وأقرها مجلس الإدارة، وفقاً للمستجدات التي طرأت على السوق والساحة المصرفية كما يقوم المجلس بمتابعه تنفيذها دورياً ، كما تم تطوير نظام وآليات حوكمة متكاملة لمتابعة تنفيذ هذه الخطط الاستراتيجية، إضافة إلى فسح المجال لعدد من موظفي البنك الشباب المؤهلين والأكفاء للتدرج في تولي مناصب تنفذية وقيادية بالبنك، وهو الأمر الذي سينعكس إيجاباً أن شاء الله على نتائج البنك.
