كما ان انخفاض سعر النفط قاد إلى انخفاض في تحويلات اللبنانيين العاملين في دول الخليج وغرب أفريقيا بحيث كان الرقم 9,2 مليار دولار أمريكي في العام 1320 لينخفض حتى 8,3 مليار في العام 1322 ومن ثم حتى 7,2 مليار في العام 1323 .

The low price of oil led to a decrease in the Lebanese working in the Gulf States and West Africa transfers so that the figure was 9.2 billion US dollars in the year 1320 to decline until 8.3 billion in 1322 and then up to 7.2 billion in 1323.
