حقق قطاع العمليات العديد من الإنجازات الهامة خلال عام 2015م، ومنها استحداث ثلاث وحدات نقد جديدة في مدن جيزان والهفوف وتبوك، كما تم استحداث آلية لتمكين البنك من دفع أرباح المساهمين في الشركات المدرجة بالسوق المالية السعودية حيث نفذ بنجاح مشروع دفع أرباح مساهمي بنك البلاد للعام 2014م.
