كما أظهرت النتائج أن 53.1 % منهم أميون؛ 51.5 % في الضفة الغربية و 56.3 % في قطاع غزة. ومن ناحية اخرى بين التقرير ان 22.2% في الاراضي الفلسطينية من ذو الاعاقة تركوا التعليم بسبب المعوقات البيئية والمادية 23.2% في الضفة و19.4% في قطاع غزة, كان منهم 21,7% من الذكور مقابل 22.9% من الاناث. ومن هنا نرى ان ما يزيد عن خمس الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة بقليل تركوا التعليم بسبب معوقات بيئية ومادية.
