تتولى الأمانة العامة للبنك والحوكمة مسئولية التأكد من اكتمال منظومة الحوكمة بالبنك وفعاليتها والعمل على تطويرها وتعديلها متى استدعت الحاجة ولضمان التزام عمليات وانشطة العمل اليومية في جميع قطاعات البنك بممارسات الحوكمة السليمة و الالتزام بمعايير الافصاح والشفافية لضمان تطبيق نظام حوكمة فعال.

Secretariat of the Bank governance responsibility ensure the completeness and effectiveness of the Bank's corporate governance system and work to develop and modify them when necessary to ensure that the operations and activities of daily work in all sectors of good governance practices by the Bank and adherence to the standards of disclosure and transparency to ensure effective governance.

The General Secretariat of the Bank and governance responsibility to ensure the governance system of the Bank completeness and effectiveness and work to develop and modify them when the need arise and to ensure the commitment and work activities of daily operations in all bank sectors of the practices of sound governance and commitment to disclosure and transparency standards to ensure an effective system of governance.
