قيام الخاضع للضريبة بتخصيص سلع او اصول لاغراض مؤسسته، صنعها او شيدها او اكتسبها او استوردها في اطار ممارسة نشاطه، لا تتيح له حق الحسم الشامل للضريبة التي أصابتها، فيما لو اكتسبها من شخص ثالث خاضع للضريبة
