ولا تسقط حقوق وصلاحيات الشركة الممنوحة لها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية كما لا تسقط التزامات العميل تجاه الشركة بموجبها بسبب وفاة العميل أو عجزه أو إفلاسه.

And don't drop the rights and powers of the company granted to it under this agreement nor fall customer obligations towards the company whereby the client died or incapacity or bankruptcy.

Results (English) 2:

The company's rights and powers granted to it under this Agreement is not waived as the client's obligations towards the company does not fall under because of the client's death or incapacity or bankruptcy.

Results (English) 3:

In fall, and the powers of the company rights granted to it under this Convention as fall of customer's obligations to the company under which the client because of the death, incapacitation or bankruptcy.
