يلتزم المستأجر وعلى نفقته الخاصة وعلى مسؤوليته الكاملة والمطلقة بتنفيذ جميع الإصلاحات والصيانة الدورية اللازمة للأصول المؤجرة خلال مدة هذا العقد، أو أي إصلاحات لمنفعة الأصول المؤجرة أو صيانتها وأي أعمال إصلاحات أو صيانة أخرى مهما كانت.

Results (English) 1:

Tenant and at his own expense and on full and absolute responsibility to perform all repairs and regular maintenance for leased assets during the duration of this contract, or any repairs for the benefit of the leased assets or maintenance and any repairs or whatever other maintenance.

Results (English) 2:

The tenant is committed at its own expense and on the full and absolute implementation of all repairs and periodic maintenance required for assets leased responsibility during the term of this contract, or any other reforms for the benefit of the leased asset, maintenance and any acts of repairs or other maintenance whatsoever.
