1. تتم أعمال التسوية المالية المتعلقة بعقود الإيجار من الباطن وفق أحكام المادة (5) من هذه الاتفاقية، والتسوية المالية المتعلقة بالمبالغ المستوفاة من مقدمي الخدمات وفق أحكام المادة (6) من هذه الاتفاقية من خلال لجنة من عضوية ممثل عن الطرف الأول وممثل عن الطرف الثاني، ويمكن لكل طرف الاستعانة بمحاسب مالي إذا اقتضى الأمر ذلك.
