29/4 في حالة انتهاء أو فسخ هذا العق

29/4 في حالة انتهاء أو فسخ هذا العقد حسبما ورد في هذه المادة، يجب على "المستأجر" إخلاء المصنع وتسليمه "لمدن" خاليا من كل شاغل خلال شهر من تاريخ إشعاره بالإخلاء، وفي حالة عدم التزامه بذلك فإن "لمدن" الحق في الدخول للموقع واستعادة حيازته، ومصادرة وإزالة ما به وما عليه من موجودات بالطريقة التي تراها مناسبة مع تحمل "المستأجر" كافة التكاليف المترتبة على ذلك، ويقر "المستأجر" بأن ليس له الحق بالمطالبة بأي تعويضات عن الموجودات أو أي مبالغ سبق أن دفعها "لمدن"، مع التزام "المستأجر" بدفع إجمالي مبلغ الإيجار وأي مبالغ مالية أخرى حتى يتم استلام "مدن" فعلياً للأرض، وتعويض "مدن" عن أي خسائر تكبدتها بسبب ذلك. كما يقر "المستأجر" بأن ليس له الحق باسترجاع أية مبالغ مالية مدفوعة "لمدن" ولا أي جزء منها. ولا تؤثر مطالبة "مدن" "للمستأجر" بتنفيذ التزاماته المالية على أي قرار اتخذته "مدن" بشأن إخلاله بأي بند من بنود هذا العقد.
