2. للمنشأة الحق في تضمين هذه اللائحة شروطاً، و أحكاماً إضافية بما لا ينتقص من حقوق العمال المكتسبة بموجب نظام العمل، و لائحته التنفيذية، و القرارت الصادرة تنفيذاً له؛ و لا تكون هذه الإضافات أو التعديلات نافذة إلا بعد اعتمادها من وزارة العمل.
