تنفذ أحكام هذه اللائحة في حق المنشأة اعتباراً من تاريخ إبلاغها باعتمادها؛ على أن تسري في حق العمال اعتباراً من اليوم التالي لإعلانها.

Implement the provisions of this regulation the Treaty from the date's right to be informed; to apply right from the day.

Implement the provisions of these Regulations in the right facility with effect from the date of adoption communicated; that apply in the right of workers with effect from the day following the announcement.

The provisions of this regulation against established as of the date of their adoption; workers" right to apply on the day following its announcement.
