يمثل المبلغ المحمل أو المقيد على قائمة الدخل الموحدة لسنة ما، الحركة في المصاريف التراكمية المثبتة في بداية ونهاية تلك السنة. يقوم البنك، بعد الحصول على موافقة مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي، بإبرام اتفاقية مع طرف ثالث محايد للاحتفاظ بالأسهم المعنية في البرنامج بالإضافة للمزايا المستحقة لهذه الاسهم. المميزات الهامة للبرنامج هي كما يلي:
