لا يتم الاحتفاظ بالمواد التالفة او

لا يتم الاحتفاظ بالمواد التالفة او المنتهية الصلاحية لمدة تزيد عن سنة من تاريخ ملاحظة التلف او تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية، على ان يتم إتلافها عن طريق التعاقد مع شركة متخصصة للتخلص من النفايات الطبية (مع ضرورة إبلاغ الهيئة قبل الاتلاف)، و يجب الاحتفاظ بسجلات الاتلاف لمدة لا تقل عن سنة من تاريخ الاتلاف
