أوصى مجلس الإدارة في اجتماعه المنعقد بتاريخ 01-02-2016م، للجمعية العامة غير العادية للبنك بإصدار أسهم مجانية وذلك بواقع سهم مجاني واحد لكل خمسة أسهم مملوكة من قبل مساهمي البنك كما في تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العمومية بغرض زيادة رأسمال البنك من 5,000 مليون ريال سعودي إلى 6,000 مليون ريال سعودي.

Recommended the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 01-02-2016, the extraordinary General Assembly of the Bank to issue bonus shares in the reality of one free share for every five shares owned by shareholders of the Bank as at the date of the General Assembly to increase the Bank's capital from SR 5,000 million to 6,000 million riyals.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 01-02-2016m, the General Assembly is not normal to the bank by issuing bonus shares at the rate of one bonus share for every five shares owned by the shareholders of the Bank as at the date of the General Assembly in order to increase the bank's capital from SAR 5,000 million to 6,000 million Saudi riyals.
