الشركة المصدرة هي شركة ذات غرض خاص مملوكة بالكامل من قبل حكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتتخذ نوع الشركة المساهمة الخاصة المحدودة المنصوص عليها في قانون الشركات رقم (22) لسنة (1997) وتعديلاته، وهي مسجلة وفقاً لقانون صكوك التمويل الإسلامي رقم (30) لسنة (2012) والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه وخاصة نظام الشركة ذات الغرض الخاص رقم (44) لسنة (2014).

The company is a special-purpose company wholly-owned by the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom, take the type of company, private limited companies Act (22) Act (1997), as amended, and is registered in accordance with the law of Islamic financing instruments (30) year (2012), regulations and directives issued thereunder, particularly special purpose company system (44) of the year (2014).

Exporting company is a special purpose company wholly owned by the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and take the company kind contribution Private Limited stipulated in the Companies Law No. (22) for the year (1997), as amended, and is registered under the law of Islamic Finance No. instruments (30) for the year ( 2012) and the regulations and instructions issued pursuant thereto, and a private company special purpose Regulation No. (44) for the year (2014).
