نشير إلى أن أرقام المقارنة المعروضة في القوائم المالية المرفقة والمعدة من قبل إدارة الشركة تم مراجعتها من قبل مراجع حسابات اخر مستقل وفقا لمتطلبات نظام الشركات. هذا ولم نطلع على أوراق عمل مراجعة القوائم المالية للشركة للسنة السابقة، كما لم نتمكن من القيام بإجراءات مراجعة بديلة للتحقق من الأرصدة الافتتاحية للسنة المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2015م وفقاً لمعايير المراجعة المتعارف عليها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وعليه لا نبدي أي رأي حول الأرقام المعروضة عن السنة المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2014م.

Note that the comparative figures presented in the accompanying financial statements prepared by management of the company have been reviewed by another auditor is independent in accordance with the requirements of the corporate system. This and didn't share worksheets review the company's financial statements for the previous year, as we couldn't do alternative audit procedures to verify the opening balances for the year ended 31 December 2015 in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards in Saudi Arabia, and it doesn't show any opinion about the figures presented for the year ended December 31, 2014.

We point out that the comparative figures presented in the accompanying financial statements prepared by the company's management has been reviewed by another reviewer accounts independently and in accordance with the requirements of the corporate system. This did not share with the work of the audit of the financial statements of the Company for the previous year papers, and we could not do procedures alternative audit to check the opening balances for the year ended December 31, 2015, according to generally accepted auditing standards in Saudi Arabia, and therefore do not express any opinion on the figures presented for year ended December 31, 2014.
