يعقد اجتماع مجموعة مالكي الصكوك مرة

يعقد اجتماع مجموعة مالكي الصكوك مرة واحدة في السنة على الأقل، بدعوة من رئيس هيئة مالكي الصكوك، أو بناءً على طلب حاملي صكوك يملكون ما لا يقل عن ثلث قيمة الصكوك المكتتب بها، على أن يعقد هذا الاجتماع خلال الأشهر الأربعة التالية لانتهاء السنة المالية للمشروع وبحضور أمين الإصدار،
