تتم الإخطارات و الإشعارات بين الطرفين كتابة على العنوان الموضح بصدر هذا العقد عن طريق البريد المسجل، أو البريد الممتاز، أو البريد الإلكتروني لكلٍ من الطرفين. و يلتزم كل من طرف بإشعار الطرف الآخر خطياً في حال تغييره للعنوان الخاص به، أو تغيير البريد الالكتروني، و إلا اعتبر العنوان أو البريد الالكتروني المدونان أعلاه هما المعمول بهما نظاماً
